Penn National Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ:PENN) (“Penn National”) announced
today that pending final regulatory approval, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton
Raceway will open its doors to the public on Thursday, Aug. 28, bringing
top-flight gaming and entertainment and an economic boost to Dayton and
the Miami Valley.

Executive Officer of Penn National Gaming. “Located in North Dayton and
convenient to both I-75 and I-70, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway
will provide our guests with a range of memorable experiences in an
exciting, high energy setting.

local construction workers and vendors who are building Hollywood

Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway will celebrate a second grand opening
on Oct. 3, when harness racing begins on the new 5/8th-mile
all-weather racetrack.
The $250 million development is located at the intersection of Needmore
and Wagner Ford roads in North Dayton. The gaming floor will open with
1,000 Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) and a wide variety of dining and
entertainment options for patrons. The adjacent racetrack grandstand
includes more than 1,000 enclosed seats and a simulcast theater that
will allow race fans to wager on races at tracks throughout North
America.
Once its doors open on Aug. 28th, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton
Raceway will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
